Records Classification Scheme for Contracts

The Contract Management application adds the My Company registration office to the current records classification scheme and two categoriesIncoming Contracts and Outgoing Contracts (fig. 1).

The Incoming Contracts category is intended for registering incoming contracts.
The Outgoing Contracts category is intended for registering outgoing contracts.
These categories are ready-to-use, do not require additional set up and have the following parameters:
Name – Incoming Contracts;
Allow to reserve the number – No;
Permanent retention period – Yes;
Numbering type – automatic;
Number template - {$RegCardNumber};
Continuous numbering with other category – No;
Update document name – Yes;
Name – Outgoing Contracts;
Allow to reserve the number – Yes;
Permanent retention period – Yes;
Numbering type – automatic;
Number template - {$RegCardNumber};
Continuous numbering with other category – No;
Update document name – Yes;
If necessary, you can edit these parameters.
The application also provides two registration variantsIncoming Contract, Outgoing Contract with the following parameters (fig. 2):
