Sending a Document for Registration

This operation is available if the document has not yet been registered or the settings of the document type allow registering it several times. It allows sending a document for registration to a user with permissions to register documents. A registration task is created in the system with the document attached.
To send a document for registration:
1. Open the document page.
2. Click Send in the top menu and select Send for Registration (fig. 1). A form for sending a document for registration will open (fig. 2).

The form for sending a document for registration includes two tabs: Send for Registration and Document.
The Document tab contains the document page.
The Send for Registration tab allows selecting the user to send the document to, the task subject and description.
3. The Send for Registration tab includes the following fields: Subject – name of the registration task.
By default, this field contains the name of the document.
To – the user who will receive the document for registration. You can select only one user. The document registration task will be assigned to the selected user. This field is required.
Description – here you can add a description of the task or the document.
4. To send the document for registration, click Send (fig. 3).

When you send a document for registration:
1. A registration task is created and assigned to the selected user.
2. The General Information tab displays the document registration task (fig. 4).
