Last search shows the performance matrices of subordinate employees that were shown in the previous search.

When you click on the portlet's name, the My Employees page opens.
This portlet does not have personal settings. It is displayed in the KPI section of those users who have respective access permissions.
Employee search
The fast search allows you to find one or several subordinate employees (by their surname or name) and view their performance matrices.
There are several ways to perform search:
enter the name and surname of an employee and click on the employee in search results;
select an employee from the drop-down list by clicking ;
Enter the URL address – http://<server_address>/Security/User/Profile/<user_id>, where user_id is the number displayed in the address bar when you go to the user profile.
You can select several employees at a time. A list of selected employees will be shown below the search bar (fig. 2). To delete an employee from the list, click on the right-hand side of the employee. Then confirm deleting by clicking Yes in the opened window.

To see the responsibility matrices of the selected employees click on the right-hand side of the search string. The My Employees page will open (fig. 2) featuring the selected employees and their matrices.

Please note that performance matrices that you found in search by filter can be exported to Excel. Read the respective Help page to learn more about this feature.
This portlet shows the employees that you last searched for and their photos below the search bar (fig. 4).

When you click on an employee's photo, a box opens on the right, featuring full name of the employee and their performance coefficient.
When you click on the opened box once more, a dialogue box will open (fig. 5) with a list of collapsed panels displaying performance matrices of the chosen user.
go to the performance matrix page of the user. To do so, click go to matrix next to the matrix's name.
see the performance coefficient of the user. If at least one template with the projection scale is used to calculate an employee's performance, the performance coefficient of this employee will not be displayed;
create a task for the selected user, ask them a question or add a comment. To do so, click on respective link located on the right-hand side of the user's photo;
ask a question and/or add a comment to each performance matrix. To do so, expand the required panel by clicking the icon to the left of the matrix name. After that, click the respective buttons.
