Each portlet has common settings managed by the system administrator. Also, users can manage the personal settings of the portlet (fig. 2).

Dashboard – you can select a dashboard (common and/or hidden) for data representation. Select it from the drop-down list or click . The drop-down list shows only those dashboards that the current user has permissions for.
Scaling:
Original size – the dashboard in the portlet is shown in its original size. If the dashboard is larger than the portlet, only the left part of the dashboard is displayed (vertical crop). In this case, the Move panel checkbox appears, allowing you to move the dashboard within the limits of the portlet for better view.
Scale width – the dashboard is set at the width of the portlet. The size of the dashboard can be changed only if its size is larger than the size of the portlet.
Expand the portlet if a diagram size is more than the portlet size – the size of the portlet is changed to fit the size of the dashboard.
Full Screen – if you select this option, the will appear in the top right corner of the portlet for changing to the full screen mode. To return to the previous mode, press ESC.

Move Panel – this box is checked automatically if the Original Size parameter is set. Apart from that, you can check this box manually. This feature allows you to move the dashboard within the portlet for better view. To move the dashboard, press and hold the mouse button (the pointer will look like this: ) and move it as you wish.
After you have adjusted all the settings, click on of the following buttons:
Save – the changes are saved and the settings window closes.
Save and continue – the settings are saved but the window does not close and you can continue editing.
