My KPIs– if you are a supervisor of or responsible for a KPI, this KPI is shown in this section;
Plan+Fact– here you can view and modify the plan and/or fact values of the KPIs that you have access permissions for;
KPIs– here you can view and modify the pla and fact values of the KPIs that you have access permissions for;
Grades – here you can view all the grades that you have given.

When you click on the portlet's name, My KPIs page opens automatically.
This portlet is not set up personally and is displayed in the KPI section of every user regardless of access permissions.
KPI search
The fast search string allows you to search for the required KPI by its name and view brief information on it. The search is performed taking into account the access permissions.
To search for a KPI, enter its name or a part of its name (no case sensitivity) and click . A dialogue box with brief information on the KPI will open (fig. 2).

This box shows:
a graph that reflects the KPI value dynamics over the last 6 periods. The name of the x-axis is given according to the selected period;
the fact and plan value of the KPI, and its trend;
user responsible for the KPI.
If you click on More… , the page of the selected KPI will open. Click Add to Favorites to add the current KPI to your list of Favorites. Click Cancel to close the dialogue box (fig. 2).
Adding a KPI to Favorites
To add a KPI to Favorites, in the dialogue box with brief information on the KPI (fig. 2) click Add to Favorites. The KPIs added to Favorites are shown at the bottom of the KPI portlet (fig. 3) and provide fast access to brief information about the indicators.

You can also add a KPI to Favorites directly from the KPI's page (fig. 4). To do so, click Add to Favorites in the top menu of the page.

Deleting a KPI from Favorites
There are several ways to delete a KPI from Favorites:
in the dialogue box with brief information on the KPI (fig. 5), click Delete from Favorites;

On the required KPI page (fig. 6), click Delete from Favorites in the top menu of the page.
