Data Collection

In the ELMA KPI application, you can configure collection of KPI data from external sources.

There are several ways to collect the KPI data:

manually – KPI values are entered by an employee, responsible for entering the values according to company’s regulations;
by means of configured processes in ELMA BPM;
automatically – ELMA automatically collects the data from internal or external sources.

The settings for automatic data collection are managed in ELMA Designer, KPI tab, Data Collection (fig. 1).
