To import data to a personal KPI in ELMA, create a personal KPI Number of orders completed on time. This KPI shows how many orders a sales rep fulfilled in one month.
General settings of this KPI are shown in fig. 1.

This is a personal KPI for the sales department employees.
Data on the number of orders each sales department employee fulfilled in time, stored in the "Completed orders.xlsx" file will be imported to the KPI values (fig. 2).
create an ODBC data source in ELMA Designer. When creating a data source, on the Loading tab in the KPI unit, select Loading one KPI and fill in the fields as shown in fig. 3.

Click OK.
import data from an external source by clicking on the Settings tab.
