The values of a Personal KPI is expanded to a row by persons, e.g. by users. A personal KPI has several personal values over a period. Both an indicator and a metric can be personal. A user is considered as part of a row only when he/she is a member of a group or holds the position specified on the Row Settings tab.
Proper value of a personal KPI is the total value of a personal KPI calculated based on the values, which meet filter conditions. E.g., it can be calculated as a sum of personal values or as their average value. By default, a personal KPI does not have a proper value.
Personal values of a personal KPI are plan and/or fact KPI values for each user who participates in the KPI personalization.
Expanding to a row
