In this tab (fig. 1) you can define the user roles for the selected KPI: who will be responsible, who will enter plan and fact values, who will be the supervisor and the informed. Access permissions can be inherited from the parent folder and/or be set up manually.

Inherit access permissions from parent folder – this option is selected by default, and allows the KPI to inherit the access permissions from the parent folder.
To disable inheritance of permissions, uncheck this option. You will see a notification (fig. 2) where you can to click Yes to confirm. The access permissions of the parent folder will be automatically transferred to the Extra permissions section. There, you can edit or delete them.

To enable inheritance of permissions from the parent folder, select this option. You will see a notification (fig. 3) where you have to click Yes to confirm. The access permissions of the parent folder will be automatically transferred to the Parent folder permissions section and become unavailable for editing.

Manually, the access permissions can be managed in the Extra permissions. To select the required job positions and/or user groups, click Add Job Position and/or Add User Group and then select the desired elements from the provided lists (fig. 4).

Now you need to select the roles that you want to assign to the selected elements:
Responsible – user responsible for the KPI and for achieving its plan value. You can assign only one user as responsible for a KPI. If a user group is assigned as Responsible, then all the users who belong to this group will be assigned with this role. Checking this box does not grant permissions to enter fact and plan values of the KPI. The list of KPIs that a user is responsible for is shown in Web Application in KPIs – My – My Responsibilities.
Plan – user responsible for entering the plan value of the KPI. A user can view the KPIs for which they can enter plan values, in ELMA Web Application, in KPIs – Plan+Fact.
Fact – user responsible for entering the fact value of the KPI. A user can view the KPIs for which they can enter fact values, in ELMA Web Application, in KPIs – Plan+Fact.
Supervisor – user who can view all values of a KPI and edit them in Web Application.
Informed – user who can view all values of a KPI but not edit them.
