Integration with Business Processes

ELMA KPI application is integrated with business processes. Such integration allows automating and organizing the process of approving and/or controlling performance matrices.

If you have the ELMA KPI application activated, you can use special activities of this application in business processes.

Fig. 1 shows an example of a performance matrix approval process.
