KPI

KPI is a quantity characteristic aimed at achieving a company's strategic goals. Using KPIs allows you to evaluate the work of each employee and the company as a whole. The KPI section is available to all users of  ELMA KPI and contains several pages:
  • My KPIs – this page shows all the KPIs that feature the current user as responsible or supervisor;
  • Plan+Fact – this page shows all the KPIs for which the current user may introduce the plan and the fact values. The permissions are managed in ELMA Designer on the Performance Matrix tab of the KPI's page. This page is only available to user groups with respective access permissions;
  • Grades – this page shows all the grades given by the current user over the selected period;
  • All KPIs – this page shows all the KPIs available to the current user. For each KPI there is a responsible employee, input periodicity, selected period, plan and fact value, status and trend.
In ELMA, when you open the KPIs subsection, the My KPIs page opens automatically. There are other ways to open this page:
  • click the KPIs button in the left menu of the KPIs section (fig. 1);

  • click My KPIs on the system's main page (fig. 2).

There are two types of indicators in ELMA:
  • KPI – numeric indicator that has a plan and fact value. KPI can be of two kinds:
  • personal KPI is an indicator assigned to different persons (users), i.e. an indicator that can have multiple personal values over a certain period.
  • row KPI is an indicator assigned to different objects, i.e. an indicator that can have multiple row values over a certain period.
    2. Metric – numeric indicator that has a fact value only. Metric can be of two kinds:
  • personal metric is a a metric assigned to different persons (users), i.e. a metric that can have multiple personal values over a certain period.
  • row metric is a metric assigned to different objects, i.e. a metric that can have multiple row values over a certain period.
