Performance Matrix Page

There are several ways to open a performance matrix page:
  • In KPI – Me – My Performance, click go to matrix to the right of the name of the required performance matrix in a user's matrix list (fig. 1);

  • In the Me and My Performance portlet by clicking the go to matrix link to the right of the required performance matrix in a user's matrix list (fig. 2);

On a performance matrix "<User name>" page, you can find: peformance matrix (table Performance – "<Performance matrix name>" <period>), diagrams reflecting a user's performance dynamics, and history panel of the performance matrix (fig. 6).

A performance matrix can include the following groups:
  • KPI – in this group the KPIs are displayed which are included in the performance matrix template being used. To the right of the row object KPI (whose proper value is used to calculate the performance of the matrix), the icon is displayed. When you click this button, the dialog box (fig. 7) will open. It will display row objects that participate in the performance calculation of the matrices formed by the templates. You can configure the lists of row objects in the performance matrix template. If no row objects were specified, you will see the notification The row contains no elements

  • SMART Tasks – in this group all the SMART tasks are displayed which were created in the current period of this performance matrix. To learn more about creating a new SMART task, see the respective Help page. To delete a SMART task from a performance matrix, click the button to the right of the task name. When deleting this task from all performance matrices, it will have the Closed status;
  • Grades – this group displays the grades added to the performance matrix template;
  • Schedule Compliance – this group displays a user's schedule compliance coefficient in the current month which is calculated by the number of tasks. To update the information, click Recalculate in the bottom left corner of the group (fig. 8). After that, an informational message will be generated about the date and time of the last update;

By default, all groups in the table are expanded. Click to collapse a group.
To the right of the matrix performance there is the button. Click on it to open the Performance evaluation formula of the matrix. In fig. 9, you can see an example of the performance evaluation formula generated by a template using the projection scale.

To the right of the performance coefficient there is the button. Click on it to open the Performance *Weight column which displays the weight of each element of the performance matrix in the total performance (fig. 10).

The performance dynamics diagram reflects the performance values for each month. The last point on the diagram indicates the performance value for the current month. Performance values change (are recalculated) when the actual values of grades, KPIs, etc change.
Top toolbar buttons
Go to the previous page.

Go to the KPI – Me – My Performance section which displays all the performance matrices of the current user.
Add a SMART task to the performance matrix. This button is displayed if you check the Enable box in the settings of the performance matrix template in the SMART tasks section.
Send the performance matrix for approval. This button is displayed if you check the Enable box and choose the approver in the settings of the performance matrix template in the Approval section.
Send the performance matrix for control. This button is displayed if you check the Enable box and choose the supervisor in the settings of the performance matrix template in the Control section.
If both Send for Approval and Send for Control were enabled while configuring the performance matrix template, this button will be displayed only after the approval.
Ask a question about the performance matrix.
Add a comment on the performance matrix.
