This portlet (fig. 1) can show a list of KPIs that the current user is responsible for and/or acts as a supervisor.
By default, the portlet only shows the KPIs that the current user is responsible for. To display the KPIs where the user acts as a supervisor, it is necessary to configure the custom portlet settings.

When you click on the portlet's name, the My KPIs page opens automatically.
Portlet configuration buttons:
– the portlet is expanded. Click on this button to collapse the portlet.
– the portlet is collapsed. Click on this button to expand the portlet.
This portlet is available to all the system users regardless of their access permissions.
Personal portlet settings
Each portlet has common settings which are managed by the system administrator. Users can change the personal portlet settings when configuring the main page (fig. 2).

Display KPIs for which I am responsible*– display the KPIs where the user acts as responsible.
Display KPIs supervised by me *– display the KPIs where the user acts as a supervisor.
After you have configured the portlet settings, click one of the following buttons:
Save – the changes will be saved and the settings window will close.
Save and continue – the changes will be saved but the settings window will remain open for further configuration.
