A performance matrix is a tool for controlling user performance, which can include a set of KPIs, SMART tasks, grades and schedule compliance. Based on these data, ELMA BPM can calculate the overall performance factor of a user and helps you evaluate a user’s efficiency.
A user's performance can be evaluated with the help of several performance matrices if when creating a matrix template this setting was selected.
Performance matrices are available in ELMA Web Application. Each month, ELMA BPM automatically generates a performance matrix for a user. The system uses performance matrix templates that correspond to the user’s job position or template function group.
Each user of ELMA BPM can view his or her performance matrix list for any period in the KPI > Me > My Performance (fig. 1).
At the beginning of the month, an employee opens his or her performance matrix and checks out target KPIS values for the month, if necessary they can also create new SMART tasks for the period (fig. 2).

A user can send their performance matrix for approval to their supervisor, if the template is configured accordingly.
At the end of the month, the matrix displays the actual values of the indicators (in accordance with the calculation or data entry settings).
