Exporting KPIs and performance matrices to an MS Excel file
This portlet allows users to export to an MS Excel file the list of KPIs and/or performance matrices of all the ELMA KPI users or of selected users only. The data can be exported for the current or for the previous period.
To start export, click the Previous Period or Current Period link to the right of either All Company KPIs or Employee Performance.
To select the users whose list of KPIs and performance matrices you want to export, click the By Filter link. In the provided window select the required users (fig. 2).
To start export, click either Previous Period or Current Period.
Some browser, for example Mozilla Firefox 44.0.2 (fig. 3), will ask you if you want to open or save the file. Select the required action and click OK.

Please note that Google Chrome version 44.0.2403 and higher automatically starts file download.
User lists will be exported to a file named "ExportResponsibles.xlsx" and the performance matrices will be exported to a file named "ExportPerformances.xlsx". You will see a dialogue box saying that the export has been successfully completed (fig. 4).

KPIs in the file are grouped by users responsible. The file also contains the following data:
period of the exported data;
plan and fact KPI values;
KPI status;
trend.

When you export employees' performance matrices, the data in the file are also grouped by users responsible. The file also contains the following data:
