Performance Matrix Portlet

This portlet (fig. 1, fig. 2) features the list of performance matrices of the current user over a selected period. By default, all matrices are collapsed.

When you click on the portlet's name, the My performance page opens, featuring the content of the Performance matrix portlet.
To the left of a performance matrix (fig. 1), click to expand the required performance matrix.
Each matrix contains several sections (fig. 2) meant for sorting the indicators in the matrix (KPIs, SMART tasks, Grades, Schedule Compliance, Time Reports).

When you click on an indicator in a section, the page of the indicator opens automatically.
From the SMART tasks section you can open a form for creating a SMART task. This option is available when the performance matrix is still not approved. To delete a SMART task, click  on the right-hand side of the task.
The data in the Schedule Compliance section can be refreshed (the indicator's value is recalculated). For that, click on Recalculate in the bottom right corner of the section. For more information on working with the performance matrix section, see the respective Help section.
If there is no performance matrix template for the current user, the portlet will show the following notification  (fig. 3).

Portlet configuration buttons:
– the portlet is expanded. Click on this button to collapse the portlet.
– the portlet is collapsed. Click on this button to expand the portlet.

This portlet has no personal settings and is available to all the users of the system (regardless of their access permissions).
