General Settings of KPI Model

You can configure the general settings of the KPI model in ELMA Designer in Menu – Settings – KPI Model (fig. 1).

This section has two tabs – General Settings and KPI Display.

In order for any changes to take effect, click Save and restart Designer.

General Settings

On this tab (fig. 1), the following settings are available:

Allow to edit Goal Tree and Activities manually – when this setting is enabled, you can edit and create goals in the left menu of the Goals subsection in ELMA Designer.

Enable dashboards – if this setting is enabled, the Dashboards section will be displayed in ELMA Designer.

KPI Display

Here you can configure how a KPI will be displayed on a dashboard.
