By default, this portlet (fig. 1) shows one or several KPIs selected in portlet settings, which you want to monitor. Apart from that, by default the table of KPIs shows the employee responsible for the KPI, periodicity, display period, plan and fact value, status, and the trend. If needed, you can change the set of columns in the table.

To see all the information about the KPIs, click . To hide the details, click .
Portlet configuration buttons:
– the portlet is expanded. Click on this button to collapse the portlet.
– the portlet is collapsed. Click on this button to expand the portlet.
Each portlet has common settings configured by the system administrator. Also, users can change the personal settings of the portlet when configuring the main page.
The dialogue box for personal settings (fig. 2) features the: KPIsand Columnstabs.

KPIs tab
On this tab (fig. 2) you can add/delete KPIs to be displayed in the portlet, and configure them.
Adding KPIs
To add KPIs to the portlet, click Add/delete KPIs. In the opened dialogue box (fig. 3) select the required KPIs and click Add.

The selected KPIs will be displayed in the dialogue box of the portlet´s personal settings (fig. 4), as well as in the portlet itself (fig. 5).

KPI configuration
Some of the added KPIs have personal settings for displaying the KPI in the portlet. To configure the settings, click on the right-hand side of the KPI in the personal settings dialogue box (fig. 4).
In the opened window (fig. 6) introduce the changes and click Save.

Expand by default – the KPI is expanded by default, and its components are shown (fig.5).
Use previous period – before the current value of the KPI is introduced, the value of the previous period is shown.
Deleting KPIs
To delete a KPI from the portlet, in the personal settings dialogue box (fig. 4) click on the right-hand side of the KPI.
Columns tab
On this tab (fig. 7) you can set up how the KPI table is displayed in the portlet (visibility of columns in the table).

After you have configured the portlet settings, click one of the following buttons:
Save – the changes will be saved and the settings window will close.
Save and continue – the changes will be saved but the settings window will remain open for further configuration.
