If the current user has permissions to enter the plan and fact values of certain KPIs, these KPIs will be displayed in the Plan + Fact section (fig. 1) of ELMA KPI.
To open this section (fig. 1), go to KPI – KPI – Plan + Fact.
Permissions to enter KPIs are managed in ELMA Designer in the KPI's page in the responsibility matrix. According to these settings, a user can enter either the Plan or the Fact value or both.
The Plan and Fact page (fig. 1) features a table with the following columns:
KPI – name of the KPI. If the KPI has a proper value, then the user responsible for the KPI's value is specified in brackets.
To open a KPI's page, click on its name in the list. If you click on a user's name, the page of the user will open.
Period – the period over with the data is displayed.
Fact – the actual value of the KPI. Editable values are highlighted black, uneditable – grey. Double-click on the required cell to enter a value.
Comment – you can comment the current plan or fact value of the KPI.
Plan – plan value of the KPI. Working with this column is similar to working with the Fact column.
