Help ELMA KPI

Me

In the Me section, a user can track their KPIs (fig. 2) and the KPIs where they are specified as a responsible user or a supervisor (fig. 3).

This section is available for all users who have access to the ELMA KPI module.

To open the Me section you can:

in the Me portlet and/or Me and My Performance portlet, click My performance (fig. 1).

go to the KPIs section > in the left menu, select Me (fig. 2).

In ELMA, when selecting the Me section, the My Performance subsection automatically opens. It shows the performance matrices of the current user (fig. 2):

The Me section contains two pages:

My Performance - this link opens the list of performance matrices of the current user (fig. 2). This page opens by default when a user goes to the Me section. For more information, read the respective Help section.
My Responsibilities – on the My Responsibilities page (fig. 3), a current user will see all the KPIs they are responsible/supervisor for. Similarly, this page shows all the goals set for the user. For more information, read the respective Help section.
