A KPI model has versions. Web Application displays the published version of the model, which is available to the users.
You can view the version history by clicking Actions – Version History in the toolbar.

There are three version statuses:
inactive – outdated version, which preceded the published one,
published – the current version, available in Web Application,
draft – the version which is being edited.
When published, a draft becomes a published version and the previous published version becomes inactive.
Creating a draft
There are several ways to create a KPI model draft:
automatically, when saving changes in the published model version;
manually, using an inactive model version.
You use any inactive model version as a draft. On the Version History tab, right click on the required version and in the opened context menu select Make it a current draft (fig. 3).
