Company

In the Company section you can view performance matrices of all employees and monitor their KPIs.

The access permissions to this section are managed by the administrator in Administration – KPI – General Access Settings  – Access to the "Company (access to all KPIs)" section.

The section contains two subsections: All KPIs and All Employees.

When you open the Company section, the All KPIs section opens automatically featuring the KPI list (fig. 1).

This page displays a list of all the KPIs in the system, information about them (the responsible employee, collection periodicity, the current period), the plan and fact values, the state of the KPI over the selected period and the trend. Also, the page allows you to see the pages of the KPIs and export the list as an Excel file. With respective access permissions, a user can edit the KPI values. For more information, see the corresponding Help section.

The All Employees subsection (fig. 2) shows the information on the company's employees and their performance matrices for the selected period.

The All Employees subsection is available only to those users who have specific access permissions.
