By default, full details on each employee is collapsed (fig. 1). To expand it (fig. 2), click Show Details in the top menu or More in the lower right corner of the unit with information about a user. To hide the details, click Show Details or More one more time.
The page features the top menu, a search form, units with information about users and their performance matrices over a selected period.
Information about user
A unit with information about a user contains the following information:
Personal data (photo, full name, job position);
Performance link which redirects you to the performance matrices list of the current user over the selected period; If a user is not assigned with a performance matrix, instead of such a link a corresponding message will be written.
Performance coefficient of a user calculated by performance matrices below. If there are several performance matrices defined for the user, by default the smallest performance coefficient is displayed. Administrator can configure how the performance coefficient is displayed in Administration – System – System Settingsin the KPI Management unit. If at least one template with the projection scale is used to calculate an employee's performance, the performance coefficient of this employee will not be displayed;

List of user performance matrices
By default, all performance matrices are hidden behind panels and collapsed (fig. 3). When collapsed, a panel displays: the performance matrix name, the selected period, the link to the user's performance matrix page, as well as the employee performance coefficient calculated based on this matrix. To expand a performance matrix, click the button to the left of the performance matrix name (fig. 3). The list of expanded panels with performance matrices is shown in fig. 4. Read the respective Help page to learn more about how to work with performance matrices.

If a user does not have a performance matrix but is responsible for and/or a supervisor of some KPIs, these KPIs will be displayed in their performance matrices in the Responsible and Supervisor units.
Apart from that, you can ask a question about or add a comment to an expanded performance matrix as well as approve and/or control a matrix (if the required settings are configured in a performance matrix template). When a matrix is approved, the head of the executor and the approver of the matrix can edit it (edit the list and weights of SMART tasks). To do so, use the link Start adjustment. This link is displayed only in approved performance matrices.
For that, use the search bar (fig. 5). Users, user groups and organizational structure elements are selected from drop-down lists.

When required users, user groups and/or organizational structure elements are selected, click . Units with information about found users and their performance matrices will be displayed on the page (fig. 6).

Under the search bar you can find filters for a quick search of users:
All – display all employees. This filter is available only if the current user has the required access permissions;
My Department – display only those users who are inferior to the current user according to the organizational structure.
Previous Search – display the results of the previous search.
Active filter is highlighted in a dark yellow color.
To clear the search form and the results, click . Then the dialog box will open (fig. 7) where you need to click Yes if you want to reset the selected users.

Expand the performance matrices. By default, this button is inactive (fig. 1). When it is active, it is highlighted yellow.
