By default this portlet (fig. 1) displays all the project process instances, to which the current user has access. The projects, displayed in this portlet, are selected in the portlet custom settings.
Fig. 1. Project processes portlet
The Active Process Instances panel contains a table with active process instances. Process instances are displayed if a process is configured and started in a project. For each instance, you can see the process name, the name of the project, in which the process was started, the process instance start date, responsible user and the process map.
The Inactive Process Instances panel contains a table with completed process instances. This table provides the same information as the Active Process Instances table, as well as the process End Date.
When you click on a process instance name, its page opens. In a similar way, you can open the project page.
Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can configure custom portlet settings on the start (portlet) page (fig. 2).
Fig. 2. Custom settings of the Project Processes portlet
Custom settings of this portlet are similar to those of the Current Projects portlet. However, this portlet features an additional Group option, which allows selecting grouping for process in the portlet:
By projects – group process instances by projects, in which the instances were started;
No grouping – do not group process instances.
Portlet display example (fig. 3) with enabled grouping.
