ELMA Projects+ Portlets

You can add and customize portlets for each user.

You can add the required project portlets to the system main page, start (portlet) page of the web application in the Projects section, and to the page of the required project. Thus the user has quick access to all the project information.

By default, the start (portlet) page contains the following portlets (fig. 1): "Current Projects", "Recent Projects", "Project Milestones" and "Project Stage Tasks from Me".

To change the set and location of portlets on the start page, click

, in the top right corner of the page.

The page that opens is similar to the personal user settings page. The difference is that this page has additional controls in the top toolbar: Optimizer, Publication Monitor and Add Area.

Toolbar buttons

	Return to the previous page.
	The Optimizer buttons opens the resource optimizer page.
	This button opens the publication monitor.
	This button resets the personal portlet settings. This button appears if the page has been edited.
	This button adds a new area.
