Editing Budget
You can add and edit plan values of revenues/expenses and add project phases. To change project revenue/expense items, go to the Budget revenue item and Budget expense item objects.

Page for editing budget plan values looks like this (fig. 2):

If a project budget version is simultaneously edited by several ELMA users, the top right corner of the page will display a notification about it (fig. 3). When you mouse over this notification, a window pops up (fig. 3) with information on the users, who are editing this project budget version.

This dialog box can display the following icons:
-
– version is being edited;
-
– version is saved;
-
– version is published.
If the budget version is already saved, a notification will be shown to the user, attempting to save it again (fig. 4).

Select an action in this dialog box:
-
Save as a new draft – save the edited budget version as a new Draft version;
-
Open Changed Version – edit the last budget version, edited and saved by another user;
-
Cancel – cancel changes.
The Budget tab (fig. 2) displays the list of items and plan values of the edited budget version. To edit plan values on this tab, use the context menu or double click the required value.
To change the order of plan values in the list, just drag them to the required position (fig. 5). You cannot move a plan value to another group of values.
On the Advanced tab (fig. 6), you can change the budget version name and add a description.

You can use a context menu (fig. 7) in the units on the budget editing page.

Delete – delete the selected planned value.
Collapse All – collapse all the value groups.
Expand All – expand all the value groups.
