Milestone is a task, scheduled for a certain date and used to control the project status on that date. In the project plan and the Tasks section, milestones have the icon.

Actions with milestones are similar to the user task actions (reassigning, rescheduling, commenting and so on). However, you cannot create sub-tasks for a milestone and specify its completion rate.
Tabs
This page may contain the following tabs: About Task, Parent Task, and Time Report.
The About Task tab displays information on the milestone (project, end date, author and executors, task creation date, status, planned and approved time report hours), and the history panel.
You can make a sub-task in the project plan a milestone, by clicking Transform to Milestone, in the context menu of the required sub-task, when editing the project plan.
