Project Risks Portlet

This portlet (fig. 1) displays all the risks of the selected project.

Unresolved risks have blue font, and resolved risks have strikeout font
When you click on an unresolved risk, its page opens.
Portlet buttons:
– collapse the portlet.
– expand the portlet.
