Exporting a Budget Version

ELMA Projects+ allows exporting project budget versions. Budget versions are exported to an .xls file, compatible with MS Excel.

To export a budget version, open the project budget page and click Actions – Export to Excel (fig. 1).

When you click this button, budget version downloading starts. Depending on the browser you use, a dialog box may open, where you have to select an action.

The downloaded file contains information from the budget data table.

Fig. 2 shows an example of the exported file.
