ELMA Projects+ provides tools for project progress monitoring, project resource management (human, time, material) and establishing communications between team members.
The main functions of the ELMA Projects+ application allow you to:
manage project schedule;
establish a shared information space for the project (task list, shared project documents, messages);
establish communication between the team members;
manage project budget;
inform team members on the project progress;
manage project risks.
This application is not included in the BPM package and is licensed separately.
