Project Archive

Archive is an ELMA section, which stores completed projects.

You can find the project archive in the Projects – Project List section, Project Archive filter (fig. 1). To move a project to Archive, you have to have permissions to change project stages. Note, that when you move a project to archive, all its task are automatically completed.

You can restore projects from Archive, by changing their stage to Current.

When you click on a project name, its page opens (fig. 2), which displays a notification, that this project is completed.

You cannot edit an Archived projects. You can:

create a task of this project;
change project stage, i.e. restore it from Archive;
change time report limit;
view the project plan, budget, project risks, messages, documents and tasks. Note, that you cannot edit the information on these pages.
