By default, this portlet (fig. 1) displays all the documents of the project, selected in the portlet settings.
Project folder is created automatically, when you create a project. You can disable this feature. The folder name is the same as the project name. To learn more, see the respective Help section.

When you click a document name, its page opens. When you click the portlet name, the folder of the project is opened in the Documentssection.
Data on this portlet are displayed as a table. The portlet can display up to 15 documents.
Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can configure custom portlet settings on the start (portlet) page (fig. 2).

Project – select a project, whose documents will be displayed in the portlet.
Show Web Document:
Yes – the portlet will display web documents;
No – the portlet will not display web documents.
If you need to configure additional settings, click Advanced. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
After you have completed configuration, click:
Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.
Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.
