Project Plan

Project plan is a totality of scheduled project tasks. Each task in the project plan has duration, executors, resources and so on.

There are two ways to open the project plan:

click Go To - Project Plan on the required project page (fig. 1);

click the name of the Project Plan portlet (fig. 2).

Only users with the respective access permissions can work with this section. Access permissions to edit the project plan are assigned by the project administrator, manager or supervisor on the required project page, by clicking Actions – Access Permissions .

Fig. 3 shows an example of the Project Plan page.

The project plan page displays the tasks list, Gantt chart and the information on the current and all the versions of the project plan.
