After a request for expected time report is made, the executor is assigned with the task to specify the Expected Time Report (fig. 1). In this task, it is necessary to specify the approximate number of hours required to complete a task or tasks.

About Task tab
This tab (fig. 1) shows full information about the current task (due dates, project, author and executors).
The Project tasks section features a table with a list of all project tasks that need to be evaluated for the expected time report. For each task, the planned due dates and time reports are specified. The time report (plan) is shown only if it was specified when the task was created or edited.
By default, the Expected time report* column shows the time report limit. To change it, select the required value from the drop-down list or enter it manually.
You can add a comment to the task in the Add comment field. To collapse the comment field, click .
History tab
This tab is similar to the History tab of a process task.
Toolbar buttons
These buttons are similar to the buttons of a regular task.
If you do not specify the expected time report for one or several tasks, once you click “Completed”, you will see a corresponding notification, and the task will remain active (fig. 2).

After you fill in all the expected time reports, click Completed in the toolbar. A window will open, which contains the Time Report and Expected due date sections. You can add a comment or attach a file. Click Completed to finish the task. To learn more about working with a task, read this Help article.

All the expected time report values will be added to the project plan and will appear on the pages of respective tasks (fig. 4).
