ELMA Projects+ General Settings

You can configure general setting of the Projects+ application in Administration – Projects+ – General Setting of the Projects+ module (fig. 1). This page contains the Projects+ unit (fig. 1). To edit its parameters, click .

Check permissions for the module when assigning project tasks – check, if the user, who received project tasks, has or has not access to the Projects+ application. This check is performed when publishing the project plan.
If one of the executors of the project plan tasks does not have access to the Projects+ application, and this switch is in the Yes position, a dialog box will open (fig. 2), notifying, that one of the task executors does not have access to the Projects+ application, and to the project.

The No Access Permissions tab (fig. 3) displays the list of users, who are project plan tasks executors but are not the project team members and do not have access to the Projects+ application.

You must assign permissions to a user, so they could access the ELMA Projects+ application.
Forbid to submit time report on completed projects – this option is linked with the respective option of the selected project type. The option can be found in Administration – Projects+ – Project Types, Time Report tab. If this option is enabled, users will not be able to submit time report on a completed project and will see the respective notification in the report (fig. 4).

The Forbid to submit time report on completed projects setting in the project type has higher priority than the global setting.
