To save and apply the changes you make in ELMA Designer and to display them in the web application, you have to publish project types. Sometimes you also need to restart the server.
Publishing a project type
There are two ways to publish a project type:
click Save-Publish on the page of the required project type. Confirm publishing of the project type in the opened dialog box (fig. 1) by clicking OK. You can add a comment to the published project type.

Server restart may be required after publishing project types. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
Publishing tab. Projects+ portlet
The Projects+ portlet on the Publishing tab (fig. 2) displays the information on the number of changed objects of the Projects section.

Drafts – number of changed and saved but not published project types. These changes are available only in ELMA Designer. To apply the changes, publish project types and restart the server.
Published – number of published project types.
Server restart is required – number of published project types. To apply the changes, server restart is required.
Deleted – the number of deleted project types.
When you click a number of project types, the Project+section of the Publishing tab opens.
click Common – Projects+ in the top panel of the Publishing tab.
The Projects+ page includes three tabs: Drafts, Published and Server restart is required. The active tab is dark-yellow.
