Note, that the availability of the Actions – Request expected time report button depends on the Take human resources into account setting in Administration – Projects+ – Project Types. The button is unavailable if Calculate task deadlines or Double dependency is selected, and the time report is calculated automatically.
In the opened dialog box (fig. 2), select the tasks you need expected time report of.

Fig. 2 shows a table with the list of active project plan tasks (except for stage tasks, and business process start tasks). In this dialog box you need to fill in the required fields and click Send.
Specify expected time report until * – select the due date for the time report forecast task. The current date is selected by default.
Description – you can add a comment in this field.
Executor * – user, responsible for completing the task. If a task executor is not specified, the task is highlighted red (fig. 2). If a project task has an executor, they are automatically added to this field. When you click Send without specifying an executor, a warning dialog box will open (fig. 3).
