Project conveyor is a unique concept that allows optimizing execution of typical projects by using business processes and features of the ELMA Projects+ application.
Fig. 1 represents a project conveyor layout. At the top of the layout, you can see the stages of typical projects. On some project stages (1, 3) a business process is started, when moving to the next stage. The stage will not be changed until all the required actions of the business process are completed. Since each typical project has similar stages and phases, this concept is called project conveyor.

Project conveyor concept, based on the ELMA Projects+ application allows optimizing company's typical projects by using business processes.
With the Projects+ application you can avoid deviations in projects, by controlling at which stage each project is (fig. 2).
