Project resources – are human, technical and material resources, used when executing project tasks, which allows achieving the project goals.
These are the resource types in ELMA:
Human resources – are ELMA users and other employees, involved in the project. You can select a personal calendar for each human resource;
Technical resources – e.g. equipment, involved in the project;
Material resources – expendable materials, involved in the project.
Resources can be used correctly, only if you fill in the required objects (Material Resource, Technical Resource, Human Resource), in Objects – Projects+. The system administrator assigns access to objects in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings – ELMA Designer – Access to all objects.
To monitor resource workload in ELMA, you can user the resource optimizer. To learn more about it, see the respective Help page.

If an Executor is not specified for a task, and the option Add human resources to task executors/co-executors option is enabled in the ELMA Projects+ settings, then the human resource you add to the task will be assigned the task executor.
The added human resources are displayed as a table with two columns (fig. 2):
After adding a human resource, check the box next to the one you want to assign the task executor (fig. 2). All the other human resources will be automatically moved to co-executors. As the task executor, you can select only one human resource, which is not a task co-executor.
