There are two levels of the project page settings:
common– the settings will be available to all the project team members. Only users with the respective access permissions can configure these settings. These permissions are granted by the system administrator in the Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings – Portal – Configure the set of personal main pages; You can read more about personal main pages here.
custom– only the current user, who configured the settings, will see them. To customize the page, click in the top right corner of the project page.

Project Settings
To open project settings, click the Project settings button (fig. 1). A dialog box will open (fig. 2) with personal settings.

Use Project Type Settings:
Yes – use project type settings for configuring the display of tasks in the calendar;
No – do not use project type settings for configuring the display of tasks in the calendar; in this case the Do not show tasks in the calendar settings will be applied.
Do not show tasks in the calendar:
Yes – all the project tasks of this project type will be hidden in the user calendar;
No – all the project tasks of this project type will be shown in the user calendar;
Use consecutive plan task numbering
Yes – the tasks will be numbered without taking into account the levels (subtasks).
No – multilevel numbering of tasks (all subtasks will be numbered accordingly).
Each user can customize the project page (fig. 3). A project page contains a set of default portlets which cannot be removed from the page, but otherwise the page is configurable (fig.3).
