Project Tasks from Me Portlet

This portlet (fig. 1) displays all the project tasks, created by the current user or tasks under the user control.
The tasks are displayed only after the project plan is published and the project’s status changes to Current.
Information about the tasks will be displayed only in filter links in the Tasks from Me field (the portlet work area will remain empty) in the following cases:
By default, this portlet displays all the tasks, whose end date is:

Filtering tasks

In the upper part of the portlet, next to the Tasks from me, you can see filter links that show the number of Active and Overdue tasks. When you click on the Active link, a page opens with a list of all active tasks in the selected project (Figure 2).

By default, the task list contains the following information about the active tasks (Figure 2):
If necessary, you can configure the display of this page.

Top Menu Buttons

Go to the main page of the current project.
Click to hide all the tasks that follow the current task. Inactive tasks will be hidden if the following conditions are met:
 
in the general settings of the project type, in the > General Project Task Settings > in the Assign linked tasks field the option "Take into account links between tasks" is selected.
When you click the Overdue link, the page with the list of overdue tasks opens. This page does not have Hide inactive tasks button. 
Portlet buttons:
– collapse the portlet.
– expand the portlet.
– open the portlet settings.

Custom portlet settings

Custom settings of this portlet are similar to the settings of the Project Messages portlet. To learn more, see the respective Help section. When setting up the Tasks from me portlet, you can select the required project and Hide inactive tasks. To select the project, click the list button or the icon (fig. 3). To learn more, click here.
