Creating a Start Business Process Task

Subject * – subject of the created task, displayed in the project plan. This field is required.
Executor – select the task executor. To add an executor, click Select. When you click Manager, the project manager is selected as the executor. If you select one of the user roles, with more than one user, then a form for selecting the task executor will be displayed when publishing the project plan. When you click Assign to Me, the current user is selected as the executor. If you have not selected the task executor, the project manager will see a notification (fig. 2), that an initiator is not found and will be identified automatically when starting the business process. If the system fails to identify the initiator, the process will be automatically started on behalf of the project manager

Start Date – business process start date. If this task depends on another task (connected with it), then the business process can be started not on the specified date, but as soon as the previous task is completed. You can create this task without the start date. When you delete the date, the Specify Duration and Duration * fields are removed.
Specify Duration – specify the task duration. If another task depends on this one (connected with it), then it can be started as soon as the business process completed. There are two way to specify the duration:
Process Header * – select the business process to start. This list displays all the business processes, added to the input variable of the Start Business Process type. This field is required.
Description – created task description.
