Project plan version is a system object with one of the project plan variants – task list and information on them and the version status. Number of the current project plan version is displayed on the project plan page, to the right of its name (fig. 1).
Draft – new project plan version, which has not been published yet;
Current – active, published project plan version, whose tasks are assigned to executors;
Outdated – inactive project plan version;
Pending approval – project plan version, pending approval.
About the version tab
This tab (fig. 1) shows information on the current project plan version:
version name;
project start and end date;
version number;
creation date and author;
date modified and author.
The right part of the page displays different information blocks.

Versions tab
This tab (fig. 2) displays information on all the project plan versions. The information is in a data table. When you click on the name of the required project plan version, its page opens.

You can edit or delete any Draft version of the project plan.
To edit a project plan version, click in the table to the right of the required version. When you click this button, the project plan editing page opens.
