"Documents" Group

In ELMA Designer, the Documents group in the type tree contains the following subgroups:

Documents – all the document types in ELMA. By default, this subgroup includes the Web Document and File types. Additional document types are available only if the ECM+ application is available;
Contract Management – all the contract types in ELMA. This subgroup includes Acceptance Certificate, Incoming contract, Contract and so on.
Reports – all the report documents in ELMA. By default, it includes the Report Web Document type.
Projects+ – this subgroup is available only if the Projects+ application is activated. By default it includes the Project Revenues and Project Expenses types.

You can select the required type in the Type * field of the Common tab on the object property page (fig. 1).

The set of tabs and fields is similar to the one when creating an "Object" property. To learn more about properties of this group, see the respective Help section.

In Web Application, properties of these types allow selecting an ELMA document on the form (fig. 2).

For example, in Web Application, a File field looks as shown in Fig. 2, which features an editing form of a property.
