Lead Page

The lead page displays all the information about the perspective customer.

To open a lead page, click on the name of the required lead on the Leads page.

Fig. 1 shows an example of a lead page.

Toolbar buttons and tabs are similar to the ones of the contractor page.

1. The bottom part of the page contains the actions history panel with the Comments and Actions buttons.

2. The Actions button provides a different set of options (fig. 2-5) depending on the lead status.

Duplicate – mark an object as a duplicate of another object with the "Duplicate" status.

In work – set the "In work" status to the lead.

Unable to reach – set the "Unable to reach" status to the lead.

Failure – set the "Failure" status for the lead.

Convert Lead – convert the lead.

Create mail – create a relationship (mail).

Create meeting – create a relationship (meeting).

Add a comment – add a comment to the lead.

Edit – edit the lead. The editing form is similar to the creation form.

Delete – delete the lead.

Export vCard – export a business card of a lead in the vCard format.
