Task List

The list of tasks in ELMA is displayed as a table (fig. 1). You can configure the table view.

Click a task name to open its page.

Tasks display.

1. The tasks name have the following display scheme:

unread tasks have bold font type;
read tasks have blue font color;
tasks, being executed (the executor clicked Start Execution), have green font color;
tasks, which cannot be executed (the executor clicked Cannot Execute), have orange font color;
overdue tasks have red font color;
completed tasks have strikeout font.

2. To open the task page and view its details, click its name.

3. By default the page displays up to 15 tasks.

4. You can sort the tasks with filters.

5. You can use task quick or advanced search.

Each task has its own icon, displayed in the Type column. Examples of the icons are below.

	– simple task;
	– task under control;
	– process task;
	– project task;
	- task to reassign active tasks of a substituted user or a locked user;
	– document approval task;
	– document acquaintance task;
	– document consideration task;
	– document registration task;
	– question-task;
	– milestone-task;
	- task pending approval.
