click Add in the toolbar of the Deals page (fig. 1);

click Actions - Create Deal in the toolbar of a contractor page (fig. 2).

On the opened page (fig. 3) fill in the required fields and click Save in the toolbar.
The form for creating a deal includes two units: About the Deal, Description. The header of each unit is light-blue. Click on a header name to expand or collapse the unit.
Some of the fields are filled in with values of objects. You can find CRM objects in Objects – CRM. The system administrator assigns access to objects in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Objects. To learn more about objects, see the respective Help section.
The deal creation form is shown in fig. 3.

Fields
About the Deal unit:
Name *– name of the deal. This field is required.
Deal type *– type of the deal, selected from the Deal Type object. This field is required.
Priority – priority of the deal: high, regular, low. By default, all the deals have regular priority.
Contractor *– contractor, with whom the deal is made. This field is required.
Short Status – short description of the deal status.
Sales Value – planned amount of the deal.
Currency – currency of the deal. Selected from the Currency object.
Responsible *– company employee, responsible for the deal. This field is required.
Marketing Event – an event, which resulted in acquiring this contractor. Selected from the Marketing event type object.
