Starting a process from a CRM object page

In ELMA you can start a business process from a CRM object page, that is Contractors, Leads and Deals. This feature is available, if the required settings are configured.
There are two ways to start a process:
1. In the respective section, select a CRM object and click Selected – Start Process (fig. 1) in the toolbar. Note, that for this button to be available you cannot select more than one CRM object.

2. In the toolbar of an object page, click Start Process (fig. 2). By default, this button is not available.
When you click on this button, a dialog box for starting a business process opens (fig. 3), where you have to fill in the required fields and click Send.

Process Instance Name * – enter the process instance name. If the process has an instance name template, this field will be filled in automatically. This field is required.
Process * – select a business process to start. This list displays all the processes, added to the Processes tab of the object page.
Context Variable * - select the object, from whose page the business process is started). This field is displayed only if the process has two input variables of the same type.
After clicking Send, a new process instance will be created in ELMA, i.e. the process is started and the first executor receives their task.
