Active sales funnel – is a sales funnel, in which a business process is started when a deal stage changes. A business process may involve checking conditions, required for the deal to move to the next stage or actions/tasks, which have to be executed to change the deal stage. For the active sales funnel to work correctly, the business processes must include the deal stage change activity.
The active sales funnel allows updating deals stages and ensures that all the necessary information is added and the transition conditions are met at each deal stage. For example, at the contract signing stage, the sales officer must attach the corresponding contract. ELMA checks if this condition is met and then allows the deal stage to be changed.
