Main features of the CRM module are described in the ELMA BPM Platform Help. ELMA CRM+ application extends customer management functions of the ELMA BPM Platform with additional features: "Sales Dynamics" report, active sales funnel, integration with IP telephony systems. These features are described in this guide.

This guide is for the users, who do not intend to configure the ELMA CRM+ application and its access permissions. The user guide describes basic functions of the CRM+ section: starting business processes from pages of the CRM objects, working with the "Sales Dynamics" report, using IP – telephony.

The settings of the CRM section are described in the Implementation Guide and Administrator Guide.

Fig. 1 shows an example of the Contractors page.
